Jennifer Forman Orth, Environmental Biologist, MA Department of Agricultural Resources
Tuesday, November 10
7pm – 8:30 pm
We’re sorry that this event has been cancelled.
You’ve probably heard about a number of threats to the health of our native forest tree species; and you may be wanting to learn more. Jennifer will speak about the emerald ash borer, the hemlock wooly adelgid, sudden oak death and a resurgent gypsy moth, among others. Come learn more about these insects and diseases. Jennifer will give us lots to think about in terms of what we can do; and she’ll describe what the state is doing to help ameliorate the effects of some of these challenges. If you care about our forests join us for this informative evening talk! Donations and registration appreciated.
